Cerchiamo un profilo che condivida la nostra visione e sappia trasformarla in un esperienza unica per l’ospite e che si occupi della gestione operativa del ristorante, gestendo standard di servizio impeccabili coerenti con la nostra mission.
Supervisione di tutte le attività Food & Beverage dalla mise en place alla chiusura, con attenzione al dettaglio e all’esperienza dell’ospite.
Coordinamento e formazione del team di sala, con attenzione alla crescita professionale ed alla cultura dell’accoglienza.
Monitoraggio costante di KPi, costi e budget e qualità del servizioGestione delle relazione con gli ospiti, con approccio personalizzato, attendo e discreto.
