**Position Snapshot**
- Nestlé in Italy, Milan Head Quarter
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Undergraduates or graduates in Economics / Engineering
- Starting date May

**Position Summary**

The resource will work in the Transportation HUB South Europe organization as Service Specialist in a dynamic environment taking opportunity to make experience on different Nestle businesses (Food & Beverages / Petfood / Frozen / Confectionary)

Main activities:

- Support Execution team in order to guarantee the best service level for the orders inside the domestic distribution network monitoring end to end the flow of the deliveries and the system alignment
- Support Collaboration with Procurement team and Carriers in order to maximize service level of carriers

**A day in the life of...**
- Support team on requests coming from Customers/Customer Service/Sales/Carriers
- Investigate on root causes for issues / problem solving
- Solve issues of capacity with carriers
- Monitoring on time pick up from Warehouse, in transit tracking, on time on customers thorough SAP TM, Transporeon, Sixfold (in transit visibility)
- Analizing KPI on carriers, working on coverage for in transit tracking
- Support in reporting improvements and in standardization of the processes

- Undergraduates or graduates in Economics / Engineering
- Up to date about news;
- Couriosity and attention to details;
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
- Good organizational skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Fluent in English
