Officine Facco & C. S.p.A., leader mondiale nella progettazione di impianti avicoli moderni, seleziona per la sede di Campo San Martino (PD) un/una **CATEGORY BUYER**per il proprio Ufficio Acquisti.

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà delle seguenti **attività**:

- Negoziazione prezzi, parametri di qualità dei fornitori, tempi di consegna termini di pagamento
- Ricerca nuovi fornitori, gestione e miglioramento di quelli esistenti
- Supporto area qualità, service, ricambi, ufficio tecnico per le attività che coinvolgono i fornitori di competenza
- Elaborare Budget Acquisto
- Riduzione Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) attraverso gestione di progetti di saving. Oltre a quelli forniti, si richiede propositività e formulazione di piani di azione in maniera autonoma.
- Analisi supply chain per efficientamento e miglioramento
- Gestione fornitori su base short/ medium / long term a 360° dall’ordine alla consegna in funzione dei fabbisogni di commessa

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma di perito tecnico / Laura in Ingegneria / Laurea in Economia
- Spiccate doti negoziali con attenzione a tutti gli aspetti della relazione con il fornitore
- Capacità di gestione di trattative complesse con aziende multinazionali
- Familiarità con dinamiche di gestione di conto/lavoro e/o conto vendita
- Conoscenza delle principali componenti di costo dei prodotti
- Capacità di invio offerte e trattativa
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. L’eventuale conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua sarà considerata un plus.
- Familiarità con gestionale SAP e CAD 2D
- Buona capacità di utilizzo del Pacchetto Office

Completano il profilo:

- Ottime doti relazionali a tutti i livelli dell’organigramma
- Proattività, curiosità e propensione al problem solving
- Esperienza in ambito acquisti in aziende con sedi o filiali all’estero che lavorano per commessa
- Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte.

Disponibilità oraria: full-time
