The Strategy & Growth Analyst is here to have a key role in the Engineering Team and drive the overall strategic orientation of the company by analyzing and identifying opportunities and best practices to support our rapid growth. The role is based in our Milan office.

sennder Italia, with its HQ located in the heart of Milan, is changing the way people think about logistics. We revolutionize road freight logistics by making it simpler, quicker, and more cost-efficient to move loads across Europe. We offer the best option for moving freight even to the largest companies by providing a network of technology-connected trucking companies. Shippers get real-time GPS tracking on all shipments, and business analytics to improve their supply chain.

sennder Italia is a Joint Venture company between sennder GmbH and Poste Italiane. Our company matches the digital and innovative soul focus on technologies and digitalization of sennder GmbH with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Manage and follow up projects to improve operational, commercial and contractual efficiencies;
- Create and finalize business cases to improve company performance;
- Monitor and measure cost savings and business initiatives with high financial impact;
- Identify, negotiate, structure and implement partnership initiatives to support company strategy and growth;
- Monitor and measure the benefits of established partnerships;
- Coordinate closely with sennder’s internal departments;
- Develop deep relationships with key partners.

**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:

- Graduated in business or engineering field;
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, both in Italian and English;
- Able to work independently with G-Suite or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in transport/logistic industries;
- Logical thinker, details oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- An extremely proactive and self-starter person with good organizational, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Strongly bias to action, willing to “get things done” with a plan;
- Strong in running analyses independently and translating them into actionable insights;
- Experienced in project coordination, business process and change management.
