Masters of Italian _**_Audacity_**_._ - With an Italian History and as Global Icon, Maserati is now looking for new talents to join the #Maserati Family._ **MISSION** The Junior Product Planner will be: - Supporting the models management within the product range, granting the definition of the product briefing coherently with customer requirements while ensuring the interaction with both Engineering and Sales depts - Ensuring, throughout the Product Development Process, the accomplishment of the product targets and supporting all pre-launch and launch activities We're offering a temporary contract (Staff Leasing) for this position. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** - To define and manage the Product Grid (dimensions, engines and powertrain, configuration levels and contents by Region) - To contribute to the creation of a product briefing for Style Dept. and Product Development team - To contribute to the definition of commercial parameters (volumes, prices, optional contents by market) - To contribute, after the commercial launch, to the positioning and to the lifecycle of the products available on the market in order to support the achievement of share, volumes and profitability targets - Monitoring main competitors Product and Pricing activities - Monitoring of options take rate and prices by Region - To gather and analyze product evolution opportunities and emerging needs from markets, customers and trends **REQUIREMENTS** - University Degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent - Full proficiency in Italian, excellent knowledge of English (C1 level - minimum) - Previous brief experience (1< year) within the automotive industry, in particular within Product Marketing / Product Planning depts - Proficiency with the MS Office suite and Jato (or similar) - Being able to build up and manage cross-functional relationships - Strong analytical and communication skills - Being a proactive and self-organized team player - Being passionate for the automotive industry **_OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS_** - As a first step, your CV will go through our screening: feel free to _**_customize _**_it to express who you are and to tell us about your most relevant experiences and characteristics, but remember that we do appreciate _**_clarity _**_and _**_synthesis_**_.
