This is a full-time, seasonal, on-site opportunity for a Head Waiter in Montepulciano, within a company that is rapidly growing and continuously expanding its hospitality and fine dining projects. The position runs from February 1st to December 31st, 2026, with strong potential for future opportunities as the company continues to evolve.

The Head Waiter will play a central role in the daily operations of the restaurant, acting as a key reference point for both guests and the service team. Responsibilities include overseeing service standards, coordinating the dining room team, ensuring smooth and elegant service flow, welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations and table assignments, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as Head Waiter, Maître d’, or Senior Waiter in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and standards
- Solid knowledge of wine and spirits, with the ability to confidently recommend pairings and explain products to guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pace restaurant environment while maintaining composure and service excellence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills, including managing service flow and reservations
- Ability to work on-site in Montepulciano with flexibility and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Italian and English is highly preferred; additional languages are considered a plus
- Professional appearance, calm demeanor, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 11 mesi

Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €2.200,00 al mese
