Il **Team Sparx**, parte di **H-FARM Education**, si occupa di progettare e sviluppare **camp estivi sportivi** con l’obiettivo di avvicinare i partecipanti al mondo dello sport e delle attività di teamwork.

Per il progetto **Summer Camp** cerchiamo **persone appassionate di sport e formazione** in grado di gestire attività sportive dedicate ai giovani partecipanti.

**Mansioni e responsabilità**:

- Affiancare e condurre i partecipanti durante il percorso di avvicinamento alle discipline sportive in lingua italiana e/o inglese;
- Supervisionare e vigilare durante i momenti di pausa con attenzione ad intolleranze e allergie alimentari e bisogni educativi particolari;
- Coordinarsi e collaborare con tutto il team;
- Prepararsi alle attività negli spazi del nostro H-FARM Campus.

**Requisiti**:

- Studenti universitari o neolaureati;
- Autonomia nel raggiungimento della sede di lavoro;
- Preferibile domicilio in zone limitrofe.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Confidenza con le discipline sportive;
- Predisposizione e passione per attività educative con bambini e ragazzi;
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1);
- Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo.

**Nice to have**:

- Laurea o studi inerenti ad attività fisiche e dello sport (per esempio: corso di laurea in scienze motorie, scienze e tecniche dello sport, liceo sportivo );
- Esperienze di formazione in ambienti sportivi o nelle scuole (per esempio: allenamento di squadre o atleti/e, insegnamento di educazione física/motoria).
