**Posizione**:
**EE Program Management Technical Assistant**:
In the context of Program Management for vehicle **Electrical and Electronic systems** for one of MICLA's major customers, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Engineer/Graduate**, who will be employed as “EE Program Management Technical Assistant”.

The identified resource will cover the role of EE Program Responsible support on specific Vehicle Program, inside EE Program Management team, in order to manage the anomalies of the electrical/electronic perimeter detected on the field (serial life vehicles, after market launch).

More in detail, she/he will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities:

- Active presence at the daily progress meetings as a reference of EE program management department;
- Sharing of emerging EE anomalies coming from the field and related priorities with the Vehicle Platform Team (data collection phase);
- Taking in charge and daily monitoring the required action plan;
- Interacting with the engineering team according to the anomalies detected, in order to guarantee action plan sharing (aimed at solving anomalies);
- Task Progress with the Engineering and Vehicle Platform Team (weekly reporting);
- Keeping the summary document daily up to date (anomaly, Owner, Actions, timing, open issue).

**Requisiti**:
**Required Technical Skills**:

- Know-how in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology;
- EE technical background with knowledge of EE Vehicle architecture, EE System, EE Subsystem and EE components requirements;
- Management skill, with minimum 3 year of Program management experience;
- Good understanding of project/test/software life cycle;
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.

**Required Soft Skills**:

- Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex organization;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks;
- Experience in working in cross functional teams;
- Availability to travel.

**Language skills**:Italian **and **English **are **mandatory,** French is nice to have.
