**Posizione**:
**PLANT OPERATION MANAGER**
- Coerentemente con i piani di evoluzione strategica del business e del plant, è già previsto - nel biennio successivo a quello dell’ingresso - un ulteriore importante step di crescita per il ruolo verso la posizione di COO/PLANT Director_
- **Il progetto/responsabilità**
- Riorganizzare la struttura interna e modernizzare il layout e processi produzione per soddisfare al meglio le richieste del mercato italiano
- Guidare il team e favorire la collaborazione tra i vari reparti e tutte le funzioni aziendali
- Raggiungere i target definiti dalla Casa Madre
- Gestire le attività relative al plant, in quanto Delegato per la Sicurezza

**Requisiti**:
**Competenze richieste**
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o equivalente
- ** Must have: Fluente conoscenza dell’inglese**:

- Expertise in processi produttivi lean/supply chain
- Expertise nella revisione di processi produttivi e logistici
- Capacità di creare spirito di squadra e di guidare i cambiamenti
