Siamo alla ricerca di nuovi talenti per espandere il Team presso la nostra sede di Milano. Vuoi entrare a far parte del nostro Team nel ruolo di **Head Of Recovery & Support**?

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, inserita nel team **Knowledge & Operations**, si occuperà con il proprio team a gestire le attività di supporto e assistenza agli utenti interni, con focus su dispositivi aziendali e su tutti i tool utilizzati.

Il ruolo prevede le seguenti attività:

- Comprensione e diagnosi delle criticità tecniche ed operative riscontrate, con eventuali strategie per una prima soluzione;
- Gestione dei rapporti con fornitori e consulenti informatici esterni;
- Ricerca di nuove soluzioni al fine di garantire l’efficienza dei dispositivi aziendali e dei tool in utilizzo;
- Ricerca di strumenti innovativi presenti sul mercato al fine di ottimizzare il flusso operativo.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ambito umanistico
- Ottima dimestichezza con l’utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Passione per l’ambito tecnologico e forte interesse per il mondo digital;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Motivazione a intraprendere un percorso di crescita in un ambiente innovativo e stimolante

- Contratto: Stage di sei mesi finalizzato all’assunzione a tempo indeterminato;
