**Responsibilities**:
Sales Representative engages customers across the healthcare system, collaborating with a wide range of Lilly team members to create tailored and multi-channel engagements and customer-valued solutions. Use of data to expand the customer knowledge to make informed decisions will occur daily.
Oncologists have special needs for in-depth and cutting-edge information: the Sales Representative program in oncology is specifically designed to meet these needs with deep content knowledge about Lilly and competitor products and current issues in the oncology therapeutic areas. Sales Representative spends at about 100% of the working time devoted to developing relationships and interfacing with external clients -SEs/educators/investigators
- within a defined geography. An important aspect of this work will be to connect the HCP with other company function, whenever appropriate. The Sales Representative will be the primary contact point person liaising between Lilly resources or internal business partners.
- The Sales Representative will be expected to engage in continuous learning within the therapeutic area they represent.
- They will attend appropriate scientific meetings, conduct routine literature searches, and will be expected to communicate regularly with each other to assure that the entire team benefits from individual learning whenever it is relevant. As a result, the Sales Representative establishes themselves as a reliable, trusted, resource of accurate, up-to-date, medical, and scientific knowledge requested and desired by their clients. The Sales Representative job entails not only scientific and customer expertise, but also requires the ability to understand and effectively utilize approved resources to fulfill administrative, procedural, and legal requirements in order to address the customer needs. The role requests a solid digital and IT proficiency.

- Assigned territory: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Bergamo and Brescia
- Place of residence required: Verona or Brescia

**Requirements**:

- At least 1/2 years of experience as Specialist is requested
- Direct experience in servicing customer needs for complex information
- Demonstrated ability to work with often demanding or difficult client
- Experience and success in self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects
- Advanced presentation skills with expertise in literature identification and evaluation
- Experience in professional networking with positive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong digital mastery
- Strong interpersonal skills, including capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking
- Business acumen
- Winning mindset coupled with resilience and motivation
- Intellectual curiosity
- Type of contract:

- Temporary contract (12 months) with an external agency
