Le attività e le principali competenze del Gruppo comprendono tutte le fasi di progettazione, costruzione, produzione e vendita di energia elettrica, includendo l'analisi e valutazione del paesaggio e il processo di approvazione.

Assistente amministrativo Human Resources (f/m)

Mansioni
- Assiste alla predisposizione della documentazione di pre-assunzione
- Segue l'onboarding dei nuovi colleghi e predispone tutto ciò che è necessario
- Partecipa all'ottimizzazione per la creazione delle banche dati necessarie per monitorare il reclutamento
- Collabora assieme a tutto lo staff del reparto HR all'espletamento di tutti gli aspetti amministrativi
Profilo
- Diploma scuola superiore e/o formazione conclusa nel settore delle risorse umane e/o esperienza professionale di almeno 1 anno
- Buone conoscenze dell'inglese, nonché del pacchetto MS-Office
- Predisposizione a lavorare con persone
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di lavoro di squadra
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, spirito di iniziativa, proattività e flessibilità
