**Responsabilità principali**:
Supporto trade marketing con la rete del franchise: Assistenza nelle attività di trade marketing stagionali per i saloni in franchising, coordinando le iniziative promozionali e di marketing.

Supporto merchandising fornitori e saloni: Coordinamento con i fornitori e i saloni per garantire una corretta gestione del merchandising.

Ecommerce / Shopify: Gestione e aggiornamento della piattaforma e-commerce Shopify (insieme all’agenzia esterna), monitoraggio delle vendite e ottimizzazione dell’esperienza utente e aggiornamento di piattaforme digitali

Digital Advertising e CRM: Collaborazione con agenzia esterna per la gestione delle campagne pubblicitarie aziendali e per la rete dei franchise (META, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads) e CRM Active Campaign

CRM (Gestionale interno): Utilizzo e manutenzione del gestionale CRM interno per monitorare le relazioni con i clienti e le attività di marketing.

Coordinamento Promozioni con partner di settore: Gestione delle attività e collaborazione con i partner di settore per promuovere i prodotti e i servizi nei saloni TONI&GUY.

Social support: Creazione e pubblicazione di contenuti social (Reel e post) per promuovere uno dei saloni dell’azienda.

**Requisiti**:
Laurea in comunicazione e marketing o titolo equivalente.

Competenze tecniche: Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), esperienza con piattaforme e-commerce (preferibilmente Shopify) e CRM.

Lingue: Inglese livello B2 o superiore.

Capacità organizzative: Eccellenti abilità organizzative e capacità di gestione del tempo, problem solving, attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e proattivo. Grandi capacità di collaborazione e relazione in team e all’esterno.
