We are looking for a Retail Trainer Italy to drive the achievement and maximize our retail performance objectives through trainings and professional development of La Prairie Beauty Advisors (BA).

To be the role-model of the La Prairie luxury house and support the transformation of the retail team and BAs to our guardians of luxury through Luxury Execution including training sul POS and La Prairie exclusive treatments.

Ultimately, you will help our Beauty Advisors to develop their skills and achieve their objectives

**Your Responsibilities**

To effectively support and elevate Beauty Advisors performance through observation, POS training;
- Partners with Retail Manager & CRM team to ensure an ongoing development and assessment the BAs performance (KPI’s)
- Defines and align training plans for all dedicated BAs to improve competencies and skills and ensure its implementation
- Acts as a consultant to Beauty Advisors and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution
- Ensures the implementation of regional training workflows
- Review KPI’s (both individual and store level) together with the Retail teams, and ensure the training plan is aligned with the business objectives
- Onboard and train new Beauty Advisors
- Follow up on training activities to ensure learnings are in place
- In partnership with Retail and Education teams, actively participate in the execution of the BA’s event t to ensure the quality of luxury execution of the event and achievement of the business objectives

**Your profile**
- 3-5 years experience
- Experience in retail industry
- Experience in Beauty Industry (nice to have)
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Problem-solving and organisational skills
- Availability to travel up to 80%
- Additional certification in training/coaching is a plus
- Team player
- Italian and English
