Per importante proprietà alberghiera, proprietaria di strutture di lusso sul territorio italiano, siamo alla ricerca di un/a
**General Manager**:
la risorsa, rispondendo direttamente alla proprietà, avrà la responsabilità della gestione di due strutture alberghiere (5*), coordinando le varie funzioni al fine di garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività quotidiane volte a garantire gli standard qualitativi stabiliti ed attivare azioni che accrescano il business della location.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Pianificare con la proprietà lo sviluppo finanziario ed il budgeting delle strutture;
- Identificare e promuovere delle best practice nell'operatività quotidiana al fine di migliorare l'esperienza del cliente;
- Analizzare metriche e Kpi riferiti al business e mettere prontamente in atto eventuali azioni correttive;
- Sviluppare attività di business development della struttura con particolare focus sull'area MICE e Food;
- Sviluppare, in accordo con il dipartimento marketing, campagne di comunicazione ed eventi volti alla brand awareness internazionale.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea magistrale;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo presso boutique hotel o strutture alberghiere di rilievo;
- Gradita esperienza in location con Servizi di eccellenza (spa, ristorante)
- Ottime doti di Leadership;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Disponibilità alloggio fuori struttura.
