Store Manager @ The Cosmetic Company Store

**Qualifications**
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft office applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Il/La Store Manager sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività del proprio team, orientandolo al raggiungimento dei target commerciali assegnati.

Avrà inoltre responsabilità del raggiungimento degli indicatori di performance del negozio (KPI), implementando azioni sul punto vendita per assicurarne il conseguimento.

Il profilo ideale è una persona dinamica, propositiva, orientata ad offrire un eccellente customer service e capace di gestire il punto vendita e il team attraverso le sue ottime capacità manageriali.
- Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di store manager/assistant store manager, preferibilmente in ambito cosmetico.
- Capacità di fornire un servizio al cliente ispirazionale, autentico e personalizzato.
- Precedenti esperienze di business planning inclusi definizione di obiettivi, analisi vendite, turnazione, gestione di un budget.
- Esperienza nelle retail operation, specialmente nella gestione dell'inventario, riconciliazione di denaro e facility management.
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione e guida di un team verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi di vendita e di customer service.
- Esperienza nella creazione ed esecuzione di eventi in-store.
- Disponibilità a lavorare in accordo con gli orari del punto vendita, inclusi il sabato e la domenica ed eventuali turni serali e anche in occasione di eventi promozionali.
- Domicilio all'interno dell'area geográfica di riferimento e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
- Precedenti esperienze nell'utilizzo di gestionali retail.
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
