Il Gruppo SIGIT è una multinazionale presente sul mercato dal 1966 come partner chiave dei principali players nel mondo automotive ed appliance per la produzione di sistemi e componenti in plastica, materiali compositi e gomma. Sigit è in grado di eseguire la progettazione e lo sviluppo del prodotto, nonché la produzione di prototipi e attrezzature fino alla produzione in serie.

**Posizione**:
**START UP MANAGER**

**È il manager che segue lo start up dei progetti di innovazione giunti alla fase di maturazione industriale per diventare delle business unit interne al gruppo dedicate al lancio di nuovi prodotti/tecnologie anche in nuovi perimetri di mercato**.

Principali funzioni:

- coordinatore di progetti speciali dell’ente R&D che sono alla fase di industrializzazione;
- supervisione degli aspetti contrattuali da e verso Partners & Supply Chain;
- gestione aspetti normativi connessi con le fasi realizzative dei progetti;
- gestione aspetti normativi/requisiti di performance dei clienti a supporto degli enti tecnici aziendali coinvolti;
- Project Management nelle fasi realizzative degli impianti/processi con riporto e allineamento timing e budget di spesa;
- interazione con tutti gli enti aziendali coinvolti nello sviluppo dei nuovi progetti;
- risponde al R&D MANAGER.

**Requisiti**:

- precedenti esperienze in start up anche non di successo costituiscono un plus;
- lauree in materie tecniche e/o economiche preferibili ma non vincolanti;
- predisposizione ad una mentalità imprenditoriale per seguire il lancio, il consolidamento e lo sviluppo delle nuove linee di business;
- Empatia e capacità relazionale atta al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati;
- Autonomia ed indipendenza operativa in ottica di riporto risultati ed obiettivi alla direzione aziendale;
- elevato livello di conoscenza pacchetto Office e di tools di project management;
- elevato livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- conoscenza di base di sistemi gestionali;
- problem solving proattivo;
- patente di guida;
- disponibilità a brevi e frequenti trasferte Italia ed Estero.
