We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Early Years Teaching Assistant** to join our existing team at BES.
- Minimum 1 year experience of working with this age group;
- A passion for being part of an outstanding teaching team and driven to provide education at an exceptional level.
- Aspiration to work in a world class school
- Be committed to curriculum innovation
- Be well organised and create a stimulating learning environment
- Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a positive approach to pupils
- Be a reflective practitioner and continually strives to improve performance
- Have a keen interest in the Personal Development of pupils
- Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the extra curricular life of the school
