**Ruolo e team**

Siamo alla ricerca di un-una **Night Auditor (f/m/x)** che si unisca al nostro team con un contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno.

In qualità di Night Auditor, sarai responsabile di garantire il regolare funzionamento della nostra struttura durante le ore notturne. I tuoi compiti principali includeranno l'esecuzione di attività di concierge, il monitoraggio dell'accesso alla struttura e la fornitura di supporto ai nostri ospiti. Questo ruolo è fondamentale per mantenere la sicurezza e il comfort dei nostri ospiti e per garantire che eventuali problemi che si presentano durante la notte vengano prontamente affrontati.

Orario di lavoro:

- Dal martedì al sabato dalle 20:00 alle 4:30 con mezz’ora di pausa.

Di seguito sono riportati alcuni esempi delle tue attività principali:

- Svolgere attività di portierato e garantire l’operatività della struttura durante le ore notturne.
- Segnalare eventuali urgenze o criticità all’interno/esterno della struttura durante le ore notturne.
- Controllare gli accessi alla struttura.
- Attività di accoglienza e supporto degli ospiti di tutti gli appartamenti del gruppo su Milano.

- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile.
- Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con ospiti e personale.
- Attenzione ai dettagli.
- Risoluzione rapida ed efficace dei problemi che si presentano durante la notte.
- Orientamento al servizio clienti per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti.
- Monitoraggio e controllo dell'accesso alla struttura per mantenere la sicurezza.
