**What you will be doing**:
In this role, you will be in charge of developing the marketing strategy for Satispay new business lines, which are key for Satispay growth. More specifically, you will:

- Work closely with key company departments (such as strategy, product, sales, legal, etc) in order to grow a deep understanding of Satispay business, product and industry;
- Define impact of the new Business Lines on Satispay strategy, and develop a marketing strategy for each business line;
- Manage go-to-market of new business lines marketing strategies from ideation to execution to drive the commercial rollout, adoption, and integration of both new and existing products;
- Anticipate & Adapt: See around corners to spot risks to new business lines and develop relevant response plans.
- Build scalable processes that can be transitioned to operational teams once each new business line is live and established in a given market.
- Coordinate with central marketing experts to build the plan, together with toolkits and guidelines for a proper deployment of the marketing strategy across all countries
- Coordinate launch of the business line coordinating internal departments such as creative, brand, campaign and country marketing managers. Follow up and maintain high standards for the new business lines communication
- Provide support to key internal stakeholders to help launch and roll-out the business lines, by creating decks, reports, market analyses, product analyses, and everything that can contribute to the success of the new business line

- 8+ years of marketing experience in top-tier management consulting firms or high growth technology companies; fintech is a plus
- Structured thinking with project management skills
- Strategic, organisational or marketing consulting experience
- Ability to identify critical cogs and ensure project execution
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Leadership skills to push key projects to multiple stakeholders
- Analysis skills and strategic mindset
**Logistic & salary**:
The role is based in Milan, Italy.
