Umana S.p.A. cerca QUALITY MANAGER per un'importante azienda del territorio operante nel settore dell'industria della gomma e della plastica. Ti occuperai principalmente del sistema qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro, garantendo il rispetto delle normative vigenti e l'efficienza dei processi produttivi. Sarai responsabile della gestione e del miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione della qualità, della pianificazione e dell'attuazione di audit interni ed esterni, della formazione del personale in materia di qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro.
Responsabilità:
- Gestione e miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione della qualità: dovrai garantire l'efficienza e l'efficacia del sistema in conformità con le normative vigenti.
- Pianificazione e attuazione di audit interni ed esterni: sarai responsabile della verifica della conformità dei processi produttivi e della gestione delle non conformità.
- Formazione del personale in materia di qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro: dovrai garantire che il personale sia adeguatamente formato e aggiornato sulle normative in materia di qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro.
- Monitoraggio e reportistica: dovrai monitorare costantemente i processi produttivi e redigere report periodici sullo stato del sistema di gestione della qualità.
- Coordinamento del team
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi nel settore plastico.
- Conoscenza delle normative in materia di qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro.
- Competenza nell'uso dei principali strumenti informatici e dei software specifici per la gestione della qualità.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2.
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro.
- Doti di leadership e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.
