**Aufgaben**:

- Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichem Entwicklung von Produktstrategien im Sinne der Firmenvision mit
- Du koordinierst die Projekte für die Produktinnovation
- Du führst Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und erarbeitest entsprechende Auswertungen und leitest dann geeignete Strategien für die Produktentwicklung und -weiterentwicklung ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit den internen Bereichen Kommunikation, Verkauf, Produktion sowie auch mit den externen Experten und Dienstleistern zusammen und stimmst Dich laufend ab

**Profil & Benefits**:

- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, idealerweise mit Fokus Marketing & Communications
- Du begeisterst Dich für den Lebensmittelbereich
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
- Du arbeitest gerne analytisch und ergebnisorientiert
- Du verfügst über Kreativität und siehst Dich als aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ
- Du beherrscht die italienische Sprache sehr gut, kannst Englisch und deine Deutschkenntnisse sind gut

**Team/Umfeld**
Das Team besteht aus jungen und auch erfahrenen Persönlichkeiten, die Spaß an der Vermarktung von FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) haben. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist modern, lichtdurchflutet und bietet genügend Platz für die informellen Begegnungen mit Kollegen und Kunden.
