English Soul Srl, franchisee belonging to the My English School network, is currently looking for a Director of Studies for our school in Trento.

The role would start in November 2025 with full training for the position.

Our Director of Studies position is a management position looking after the running of the teaching & learning side of the school. This involves leading a team of teachers, recruiting and training, teaching and organising the school timetable.

My English School is an innovative and learning-centered school, which places the student at the center of the method. We offer an extremely high level of service and follow up, while ensuring that students benefit from online activities, a flexible timetable, small class sizes, fun lessons and well-trained teachers. We also have a lively social side to the school with regular events for students and a unique atmosphere - aiming to make MyES a place where students want to be, even when they don't have a lesson.

**Salary and Benefits**

This is a level 8 contract, for managers in Italy. We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme related to targets. The full Italian contract includes sick pay, holidays, health insurance, pension and other benefits.
