Purchasing Manager

Our client, a leading multinational company operating in the field of automation for the Retail, Banking and Distribution markets, is looking to fill the role of Purchasing Manager

**Posizione**:

- Coordinating all the planning and operating purchasing activities for the assigned - strategic - program and projects, coordinating with the related Executive Director, with focus on Mechanicals, Electronics and Mechatronics technologies;
- Participating in defining optimal sourcing strategy for new product and services lines, cooperating closing with the Engineering, R&D and other Corporate colleagues and Departments;
- Negotiate with Vendors from a total cost perspective, optimizing price, quality and service levels within stables relationship;
- Developing and executing Programs' purchasing strategy at a global level;
- Deploying sourcing expertise to drive supplier identification, qualification and development;
- Achieving the cost savings on the assigned projects and programs;
- Carrying out the strategic Purchasing Market Analysis for assigned projects and programs;

**Requisiti**:

- Mandatory requirement to have Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering/ STEM universities;
- 3/5 years of experience in Purchasing Departments of international Corporations, mostly focused on OEMs or Tier1 electro-mechanical complex components and products.
- Perfect knowledge of Italian and English languages.
- Perfect Knowledge of Suite Office
- Strategic vision, focused on a real modern and active role of Purchasing as adding value function within the corporate business model;
- Business vision, group culture and behavior and professional clarity accountability are mandatory requirements;
- Ability to work in an International Company environment, and with a global Supply Chain;
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
