TyrAds is looking for a Head of Partnerships for the European market, the position will be responsible to sell our traffic solutions like OEM’s(Samsung, Oppo, Vivo and Transsion), Direct developers. All of our solutions are aimed towards providing direct MMP links allowing us to easily connect and activated premium traffic sources.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for selling the TyrAds services focused on Mobile performance marketing
- Key Traffic solutions we offer are; OEM’s like Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Transsion and there alternative Appstore
- Create proposals together with the customer success team tailored towards the clients needs.
- Negotiate with clients during the sales process for key aspects like Premium CPI rates, Contracts terms and conditions and Payment terms.
- Develop long term relationships together with the customer success team
- Continue upselling clients after the first campaign to maintain the relationship with them.
- Onboard clients together with the customer success team to ensure successful integration of the client.
- Keep Track of your sales within the CRM system and update it regularly.
- Work together with the Marketing and Revenue operations team to develop personalized marketing campaigns to key customer persona’s.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years of experience selling in Indonesia for mobile performance marketing
- Strong network of Direct Developer within Indonesian markets.
- Good understanding of how to work with MMP’s like Adjust, Kochava, Appsflyer and others.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent presentation and Negotiation skills, able to manage the entire sales process independently
- Strong team player able to work together with customer success team to provide accurate and personalized proposals.
- Working experience within an agency, MMP or large networks is an preferred
- Experience with gaming companies would be preferred
- Knowledge in CPC and CPM campaigns would be an advantage but not required

Pay: From €1,990.00 per month
