We are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers. - Marni Group is looking for a - ** Group Controller **to join the Finance team of its Head Quarter in Milan. - The role will lead the controlling team and define its priorities and action plan, playing a key role in the company’s strategic and business decisions. This includes supporting, challenging, and driving business projections and investment decisions. Towards business partners, you will provide financial acumen and business ownership to improve overall business results and build trust by delivering compliant financial statements and managing risk. In parallel, you actively participate in the Group finance projects and workstreams to help shape the finance function of the future. - You will be part of the HQ Finance Team with the following goals and tasks: - Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities related to the Group Business Operations across all P&L line items. - Lead business performance assessments at market, channel and category level, including variances from forecast/budget. Identify risk and opportunities and lead the organization in developing related action plan. - Perform ad-hoc assessments on financial viability for special projects across Channels and Category, including the definition of key success measures. - Identify efficiency savings projects and recommend actions to contain/reduce the overall cost ratio for the Group - Interface with several functions and establish strong collaboration with Senior Management members - Liaise and lead predefined processes with the Group Accounting Team in Shared Service Center and with Intercompany parties. - Responsible for enhancing the existing business controlling function, in connection with Group needs, and develop your own organization. Qualification/Experience: - A University degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance/Economics with a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis and controlling - The individual shall be capable of setting priorities and clear action plans, and contribute to the growth and development of his/her team. - The individual shall work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement improvements in processes and operations independently - Fluent in English and Italian.
