Aim of the role

You may have not heard of us, but we are the biggest Health and Beauty retailer worldwide We’re looking for a passionate individual to support our international family of health & beauty Brands.

As Project Management Intern, you will be part of our fast growing ‘eLab’ Technology team based in Milan, specifically within our Digital Transformation team. Working closely with the Digital Transformation Manager, you’ll support in coordinating and leading cross-brand and EU-wide ecommerce and omnichannel projects within the A. S. Watson Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Digital Transformation Manager in project definition, management and rollout
- Support Project managers by taking ownership of specific tasks within a project
- Support project manager in the preparation of documents and material for Directors and Executive meetings
- Participate in meetings with Senior stakeholder being able to present a specific point
- Analyze data to obtain preliminary key take-away
- Read, prepare and analyze reports to suggest improvements to project performance
- Participate in the rollout of Online + Offline Beauty Innovation projects in the European Brands, bringing new beauty models to our customers
- Collaborate with Innovation Team to refine customer innovation performance measurement

Core Competencies
- Master of Science in Economics, Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, possibly with a focus on ecommerce, innovation, beauty and digital world
- Exchange program/Erasmus or other long term experiences abroad during university
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Interest in the digital world, actively following related key events in management, Finance and Tech
- Logical and strategic mindset, always thinking ahead
- Ability to self evaluate to improve constantly
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Advanced English and Italian
