**Do you match this profile?**

Do you have a previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury product?

Do you have a strong understanding of clienteling?

Do you have excellent communication skills and experience of working towards KPIs?

Do you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously?

Do you have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect?

**What do we expect from you?**

As a front-line representative of our high jewellery Maison, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales

of all our unique and beautiful pieces.

You will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our

Van Cleef & Arpels values.

You will achieve present sales objectives and targets, developing network and clientele

You will attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective clients to in-store events

You will set up window displays and in-store displays each morning; assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe nightly

You will provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service/ follow repair process from start to finish

You will implement policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after sales service, valuation request, Human Resources policies, etc.

You will educate clients on VCA quality standards and product line

You will maintain the aesthetic quality of the store
