**Job title: HR Specialist/Recruiter** (full-time)

**Job location**: Milano, Italy

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including internal recruiting and contract management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Foster positive relationships with employees through effective communication and relationship management.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in internal recruiting processes and contract management is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Capable of working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with the ability to solve unexpected issues.
- Proficiency in Italian is preferred; basic communication skills in English are a plus.
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days per week, with flexibility to work overtime or shifts based on operational needs.

Pay: €28,000.00 - €36,400.00 per year
