For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a:
**Junior HR Generalist - Internship**

After establishing ourselves in Italy and starting our global expansion, we are ready to replicate our success around the world. The key of our success is our people, for this reason we need to hire professionals from all over the world to join our great team.
As part of our HR team, you'll support the team in the definition and shaping of strategic plans in the following areas: talent acquisition and management, compensation & benefits, employees relations and compliance, and learning and development.
In this role you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of comprehensive HR plans for MainStreaming's EMEA growth while keeping your colleagues happy and motivated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in assess and improve existing HR processes, ranging across onboarding, compensation & rewards, performance management, and benefits;
- Create and manage Job posting on national & international portals;
- Planning and managing interviews with Hiring Managers and HR team;
- Support in regular administration procedures (absence recording, payroll cycle,...);
- Manage HR tools and platforms;
- Continually promote our culture to support our growth, and to retain existing talents;
- Data analytics and reporting.

**What We're Looking for**:

**Skills**
- Master's degree in Humanities, Psychology or similar, master's degree in Human Resources or previous brief experience within an HR dept as a plus
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Have a basic knowledge of the main HR topics: recruiting, training, development, compensation, organization, administration.
- Have experience (even short) in HR-related projects;
- Previous (even brief) experience in Recruiting as a strong plus
- Microsft Office proficency
