What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Corporate IT demand management and in particular in the IT Portfolio & Program Management Factory reporting directly to the IT Portfolio & Program Senior Manager- You will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Risk and Compliance, Security and Data protection) in gathering the project needs, defining and refining the User requirements, addressing the feasibility study with the impacted IT teams, defining e monitoring the projects planning and the evolution roadmaps and ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a structured contexts such as consultancy firms or big companies (i.e. Bank, Insurance, Telco, Utilities) as IT demand Specialist or Manager for the corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Risk and Compliance, Security and Data protection), focused on IT projects planning and management, Requirements and priorities definition, working with both coporate and IT teams;- You have a degree in Engineering, Science, Economics;- You have excellent knowledge of project management, management systems architecture and logics (mainly on a functional perspective), requirement definition, feasibility analisis process, planning and budgeting process;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive, flexible, innovative, determined, goal oriented, customer oriented);- You know work in a team, create projects.. etc.).
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in IT project ad project manage, functional analyst or technical analyst;- Basic knowledge of Tools and platforms for the corporate functions (i.e. Workday, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, ), Service Now, Technical software architecture and infrastructure.
