**Posizione**:
Italdesign is looking for an innovative and analytical Technical Procurement Specialist, who will be employed in the Purchasing department of the Italian site of Italdesign. S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.

**Responsibilities**

As Technical Procurement Specialist you will be part of the technical procurement activities for Italdesign and for the development of supplier plant relationships. Here are some of the responsabilities:

- Guarantee supply management performance;
- Management of products in parts procurement linked to the project;
- Taking care of the correct development of the activities assigned to the supplier, according to the planned timing and expected quality;
- Information and project specifications collection, defining documents and useful data to the quotation requested by the suppliers;
- Investigate the compability between Engineering requirements and Production feasibility;
- Supply planning and delivery management;
- Control/monitoring of timing, costs and quality of work;
- Supply monitoring through tools and parts checks on the supplier plant so that timing and expected quality are guaranteed;
- Prioritization and management of the delivery with special focus on missing parts.

- Passion and interest in supply chain of the automotive components;
- Interest in technical aspects with particular focus to performance development process, in developing product knowledge and passion for production technologies;
- Knowledge of material technologies;
- Capability on data analysis, reporting and presentation;
- Good time management, proactivity, diplomacy competences;
- Innovative and logical mindset and “out-of-the-box” thinking;
- Organization and negotiation skills;
- Team working attitude;
- Availability to frequent travels;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of written and spoken German at level B1.

- Education: Master’s Degree of Engineering such as Materials / Management / Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronic / Electrical / Electronic.
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (B2 level) are required; German at B1 level is required.
