**You Are**:
You are an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You possess a deep understanding of the IC & ASIC Design processes and the EDA market, with a proven track record in technical selling or business development. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (French is a plus), capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and excel at multitasking. Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships make you a valuable team player focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Serving as the primary account manager for specific teams in the assigned account.
- Driving and coordinating technical resources to support an understanding of the customer’s challenges and needs.
- Developing and directing complex technical sales plans, which may involve competitive displacements and creative business solutions to meet or exceed pre-established quotas and account initiatives.
- Evaluating products, building solution proposals, and closing business with the customer, through managing the complete sales opportunity and process.
- Coordinating the preparation of written proposals and interfacing with internal organizations such as business units, legal, finance, and order processing for the purpose of closing business.
- Account planning, project management, forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, collecting and elaborating competitive information, opportunity qualification, delivery of sales presentations, and proposals.
- Developing long-term business opportunities within global customers by creating close relationships with key decision-makers within the account base, and organizing periodic Technical and Executive Review Meetings and other account-specific events.
**The Impact You Will Have**:
- Driving revenue growth by successfully closing sales opportunities and meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Driving the adoption of Synopsys tools & technologies at a major semiconductor account.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective account management and tailored technical solutions.
- Contributing to Synopsys' market position by developing strategic relationships in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Shaping the company’s product offerings and strategies through valuable customer feedback and insights.
- Ensuring the seamless integration of Synopsys' solutions into customer workflows, enhancing their operational efficiency.
- Expanding the company's footprint in the EDA market by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
**What You’ll Need**:
- A BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in technical selling or business development.
- A good understanding of the IC & ASIC Design processes, EDA market, tools flows, and methodologies.
- Ability to articulate EDA value in the IC & ASIC Design process and discuss at various levels, from engineers to managers and directors.
- Strong leadership, influencing, relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills in Italian and English (French would be a plus).
- The ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate it to a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to work in a team towards business growth and deal closure.
