Our greatest asset has been, and will always be, our people We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the full-time position (100%) of **Operations and Logistics Coordinator **in our office in Ravenna, Italy.

**Responsibilities**
- Issue sales orders and purchase orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage documentation related to the shipments and delivery (B/L, transport documents, certificate of origin)
- Maintain accurate data in ERP system as per company policy
- Ensure the import and export customs processes of the products traded are managed efficiently
- Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs
- Coordinate with various departments internally to understand sale and logistics related to individual trades
- Communicate shipment detail with local and international teams
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of physical bulk and containerized trade operations

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Degree or higher in Economics, Supply Chain, or related business field or equivalent working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Fluent in Italian and English (required)
- Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
- 2+ years' experience in logistics or physical commodity movements (preferred)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents (preferred)
