**About the role**:
As an Industrial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing industrial processes to meet strategic goals.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Inventory analysis, main focus: monitor stock level, usage and inventory variance, provision and deferral estimation
- Analysis of productions orders, variances act vs standard cost
- Product costing: quotation of new products, sourcing analysis, evaluate and monitor BOM variance projects
- Purchase prices variances analysis and monthly reports
- Annual review of the standard costs and transfer price calculation of FGs on a quarterly base
- Support the budget and forecast process
- Drive process excellence initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste
- Internal Controls: support on the tracking of control framework and improving the quality of the evidence and control environment.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial control or FP&A, with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.

**The skills for success**:
Tax law, Tax compliance, Business acumen, Improve business processes, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Accounting principles, Strategic thinking.
