Starhotels sta implementando lo staff di Middle Management dell'Hotel Collezione Rosa Grand situato in centro a Milano.

Le figure che stiamo cercando devono avere capacità di motivare e supportare il loro team al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi operativi e commerciali dell'azienda trasmettendo sempre i valori Starhotels.
In particolare le figure ricercate sono:

- Assistant Front House Manager
- Responsabile Guest Relation
- esperienza pregressa sul ruolo
- forte esperienza in tutti gli aspetti delle operazioni e della gestione alberghiera maturata in strutture alberghiere multi-outlet
- ottime capacità organizzative, leadership e forte senso di responsabilità
- attitudine al problem solving, alla proattività e resistenza allo stress
- capacità di costruire relazioni professionali solide e a lungo termine
- atteggiamento positivo e buone capacità di comunicazione
- Requisiti linguistici:

- italiano - madrelingua
- inglese - fluente

Requisiti preferenziali:

- conoscenza del gestionale Opera
- esperienze in catene internazionali
- esperienze effettuate all'estero
- conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera
- residenza/domicilio Milano e interland
