The PMO Strategy & Operations team drives consistency, maturity, and adoption of critical product development and operational capabilities across the technology organization. This includes large‑scale change initiatives impacting developer experience, delivery platforms, and engineering ways of working. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager
- Change & Transformation (T4)
who can independently lead complex, technology‑driven change programs. The role requires strong project and change leadership combined with sufficient technical depth to effectively partner with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Change & Transformation Delivery
- Independently lead technology‑driven change and transformation initiatives from initiation through sustainable adoption
- Drive adoption and scaling of capabilities related to DevSecOps, Developer Platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices:
- Support transformation initiatives involving GenAI enablement, automation, and productivity improvements in the software delivery lifecycle
- Translate strategic objectives into clear technical change roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes Project & Program Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project and program plans across multiple engineering teams
- Actively manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑team impacts in complex technical environments
- Maintain clear, accurate project documentation and delivery artifacts Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Partner with senior engineering and change leaders to align priorities and expectations
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Operate within established governance frameworks and contribute to their continuous improvement Agile & Ways of Working
- Select and adapt delivery approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) based on the technical and organizational context
- Support teams in improving flow, predictability, and delivery effectiveness during transformation People & Capability Support
- Act as a role model for disciplined technical change execution and professional project management practices Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading technology‑driven change or transformation initiatives in engineering environments
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and developer tooling
- Experience working with Developer Platforms, engineering enablement, or platform teams:
- Exposure to GenAI or automation initiatives within technology organizations is a strong plus
- Strong independent project and program management capability with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable operating with senior technical stakeholders in matrixed organizations
