Job Description:
STUDIOCANOVA è un brand di Nobile Spa, attivo sul mercato da oltre 30 anni. Siamo specializzati in servizi di acquisizione di immobili tramite accordi stragiudiziali, procedure di esdebitamento, ex leasing e aste giudiziarie.
ATTIVITA’:
- Ricerca e sviluppo portafoglio clienti in target per il Franchise
- Fidelizzazione cliente
- Up-sell e Cross-sell
HARD SKILLS
- Esperienza consolidata nella creazione, gestione e sviluppo di un portafoglio clienti
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di vendita
- Esperienza di vendita di servizi dedicati alle imprese
- Ottima dialettica, loquacità e doti di esposizione
- Problem solving
- Conoscenza dei principali social
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme per videoconferenza (Google meet, Zoom, Skype)
