**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Brand Lead will be responsible for managing the worldwide social presence of the EssilorLuxottica retailers: the Brand Lead will be working closely with each market to define the best tailored approach and will be the owner of creating synergies and opportunities between all the regions.

The Brand Lead will design social media strategies, tactics and campaigns aimed to reinforce the awareness, push the sales offline and online, and create a solid trust with the online community.

The Brand Lead will work with the Retail Teams, Brand Teams, Communication Teams, Performance Marketing Teams, E-Commerce Teams, Content Teams, Creative Teams and Media Team.

The Brand Lead will manage a team of 5 people, Community Manager, and work closely with them in creating, planning, implementing and managing the social media editorial plans.

The Brand Lead will be also responsible of the Social Concierge project for retail brands on a supervision level.

The Brand Lead will report each month the results of the social activities, showing also possible implementations and quick win actions.

The Brand Lead should have good project management skills, excellent English level and more than 8 years of experience leading social media strategies.

Working experience in the retail industry will be considered a plus.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**
- Leading the creation and the development of the social strategies for the Retail Brands, together with the Community managers
- Working on new opportunities with the internal stakeholders.
- Finding new opportunities with the Social Concierge team.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Educational Background in Marketing, Communication
- At least 6/7 years of experience in Social Media
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid experience with Analytics Tools and Platforms
- Solid experience in Social Platforms, Influencer Marketing and Digital Media
