- Preferibile laurea in ambito Risorse Umane o affini (Economia, Sociologia, Organizzazione ecc.);

- Organizzazione, struttura e problem-solving;
- Ottime capacità di sviluppare relazioni virtuali e di collaborazione facilitando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e la risoluzione dei problemi;
- Interesse per il mondo della amministrazione del personale e per il settore dell'arredamento/ retail;
- Utilizzo autonomo del pacchetto Office;
- Una consolidata esperienza nel ruolo è considerata un plus.

**Cosa farai ogni giorno**- Eseguirai tasks amministrative in linea con i Service Level Agreements, ad esempio: aggiornamento dei file del personale, compilazione e amministrazione dei dati dei dipendenti, preparazione dei contratti, gestione e organizzazione dei processi di assunzione, supporto per l'intero percorso di carriera dei dipendenti;
- Eseguirai attività di timekeeping, elaborazione e chiusura dei cartellini;
- Sarai un Employee Experience Designer con la responsabilità di modellare l’esperienza dei processi amministrativi vissuta dai nostri co-worker, migliorandola e semplificandola sempre di più;
- Interagirai con vari interlocutori all’interno dell’azienda ponendoti come partner del business e garantendo sempre che i processi siano fluidi e fortemente qualitativi, e assicurandoti che le tempistiche SLA siano rispettate;
- Troverai nuove soluzioni e coinvolgerai il team nello sperimentare nuove modalità di lavoro, nuovi strumenti, nuovi processi e modi di vivere gli spazi fisici e virtuali.
