**Your mission**:
You will give support to the Finance Reporting team, reporting directly to the Reporting Senior Analyst and will be involved in the Project “Monitor Fixed Budgets”.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Reconciliation of Previous years accruals related to Fixed Budgets between PR Tool and Accounting
- Reconciliation of Planning Fixed curves against Fixed Budgets at each forecast phase
- Monthly monitoring of POP material usage and budgets caps
- Ensure Timely intercompany monthly billing
- Supervise monthly intercompany reconciliations performed by Third Party SSC and perform reconciliation of intercompany retained earnings
- Quarterly upload of controllable costs into QAD
- Adhoc support on specific areas on Reporting
- Working closely with Sales Info Team, Planning Department and Third Party SSC

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**:

- Preferably Degree in Economics
- Good oral and written English and Italian skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and curiosity
- Accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong motivation
