**PMO/Business Analyst_Enterprise Architecture Department**:
What will I do in BTO research?
**Your role as PMO/Business Analyst will include**:
Supporting maintenance and creation of the client's overall architectural framework;
Collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into architectural solutions;
Conducting detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
Ensuring requirements gathering, collecting functional requirements and non-functional requirements in cooperation with IT and Business/Operational Departments;
Making recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures, and overseeing the implementation of related changes;
Creating specification documents for internal or external developer if required and ensuring approval by relevant stakeholders before development / configuration starts (Key Users, Solution Architect, Vendors..).
What skills and requirements must I have?
2 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role;
Degree in Engineering or similar;
Basic knowledge and strong interest in IT Architecture;
TOGAF framework knowledge will be a plus
Advanced analytical skills;
Excellent level of Italian and English languages;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
