**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental)
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Results-driven with strong resilience and adaptability

**Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance**:

- Supervise preventive and specialized maintenance activities carried out by contractors for mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and security systems, as well as other critical infrastructure
- Manage service and maintenance contracts, ensuring routine checks are performed daily and monthly
- Conduct emergency system tests and special inspections (e.g., gas leak detection, grease trap cleaning, potable water treatment)
- Monitor BMS settings, waterproofing of roofs, and the status of skylights and smoke ventilation systems
- Inspect sewage systems, restrooms, and general conditions of furnishings and installations

**Security & Concierge**:

- Perform daily checks on security operations and ensure compliance with service contracts

**Cleaning**:

- Oversee daily cleaning activities and verify compliance with contractual obligations

**Sustainability & Environmental Health (SHE)**:

- Execute initiatives to optimize energy, water, and waste management
- Conduct network inspections and ensure compliance with legal regulations and emergency preparedness protocols
- Track SHE objectives and prepare relevant reports

**Reporting & Control**:

- Prepare operational documentation including SHE portal updates
- Manage maintenance logs and control technical budget expenditures
- Oversee all service and maintenance contracts, including tendering processes and vendor performance scorecards

**Procurement & Financial Control**:

- Create purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure consistency with approved budgets and contractual terms
- Support the drafting of new contracts and validate material procurement

**Investment & Budget Planning**:

- Supervise investment projects, manage tender evaluations, and assess vendor performance through scorecard systems

Retribuzione: €19.670,81 - €52.457,05 all'anno
