Per potenziamento del proprio organico, Sisal è alla ricerca di un Functional Analysis Associate Manager da inserire nel team PoS Accounting & Integration a riporto del manager di funzione.

La risorsa seguirà l’evoluzione, l’automazione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi core aziendali e relativi sviluppi connessi alle piattaforme applicative e l'integrazione dei sistemi nell’ottica di un miglioramento continuo, efficientamento ed adozioni di processi innovativi tecnici collaborando con le diverse aree aziendali di business, Demand ed altre factory IT di gruppo (domestico ed internazionale).

La figura dovrà avere anche buoni capacità organizzative e di coordinamento in quanto dovrà interfacciarsi con varie aree aziendali e dovrà gestire un'analista funzionale junior.

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Analisi, disegno funzionale degli applicativi e mappatura dei processi interni a valle della ricezione dei requisiti utente;
- Stesura della documentazione funzionale;
- Supporto funzionale ai Lead Architect e monitoraggio dell’avanzamento di progetto e individuazione dei rischi delle soluzioni;
- Supporto ai PM per la preparazione e organizzazione di SAL periodici e predisposizione della relativa reportistica/documentazione progettuale;
- Integrazione ed omogeneizzazione dei sistemi e dei processi a livello di gruppo.

Requisiti:

- Più di 4 anni di esperienza in posizioni simili in società di consulenza o cliente finale;
- Inglese intermedio;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Visio, Project);
- Conoscenza base di Atlassian JIRA e Enterprise Architect Sparx.

- Capacità di analisi;
- Competenze organizzative e di pianificazione rispetto delle scadenze e tempi di progetto;
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti Enterprise e complessi;
- Curiosità e aggiornamento verso nuovi trend tecnologici;
- Capacità di gestire risorse a diretto riporto.

Costituirà titolo preferenziale la provenienza da consulenza o da contesti aziendali strutturati, preferibilmente in ambito Finance e/o System Integrator con padronanza Enteprise Architect Sparx e definizione técnica IA swagger/yaml.
