COLZANI SPA, società del Gruppo Colzani, specializzata nella commercializzazione di accessori per auto, ciclo, antinfortunistica e puericultura ricerca un/una **Product Compliance Assistant** per potenziamento ufficio qualità.

Riportando direttamente al Quality Manager, la figura si occuperà di supportare il management nella verifica di conformità di prodotti semplici e complessi con particolare focus ad esempio su normative legate alla compatibilità elettromagnetica, prodotti chimici pericolosi, sicurezza generale prodotti, batterie auto, giocattoli, prodotti di puericultura**,** DPI etc.

Le principali **mansioni** saranno:

- Lettura e analisi dei regolamenti e direttive con applicazione degli stessi ai prodotti presenti nei nostri cataloghi;
- Attenzione alle nuove normative e costante aggiornamento anche attraverso l’attivazione di canali di informazione;
- Partendo dalla fase di definizione dei requisiti certificativi, analisi e verifica della documentazione técnica (test report, certificati di conformità etc..) in base alle normative di riferimento;
- Interfaccia con i reparti interni quali marketing, acquisti, ricerca e sviluppo e vendite per il rispetto delle normative di riferimento dei prodotti, delle grafiche e degli imballi;
- Interfaccia e relazione con enti esterni come autorità ispettive, consulenti e laboratori;
- Gestione dell’area contenziosi e reclami;
- Affiancamento al management per la certificazione ISO 9001:2015.
- Laurea in materie compatibili alle attività da svolgere, preferibilmente provenienza dall’ambito legale;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Ottima padronanza generale dei sistemi informatici soprattutto Excel.

Sarà considerato un plus possedere un Master in Qualità, ambiente e sicurezza o affine.
