Per la nostra sede di **Massa**, ricerchiamo una figura da inserire nel team come **Customer Experience Specialist**.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nel miglioramento dell’esperienza del cliente, contribuendo attivamente a garantire alti livelli di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di comprenderne esigenze ed aspettative;
- Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione tra reparti.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Supportare lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di strategie di Customer Experience;
- Raccogliere e analizzare feedback dei clienti per individuare aree di miglioramento;
- Collaborare con i reparti marketing, vendite e assistenza per assicurare un'esperienza cliente coerente e di qualità;
- Monitorare le metriche di soddisfazione e preparare report periodici;
- Proporre iniziative per personalizzare l’esperienza in base alle diverse tipologie di clientela.

**Costituisce titolo preferenziale**:

- Conoscenza del settore **automotive**;
- Competenze tecniche di base relative alle automobili.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato, Tirocinio formativo/stage, Apprendistato

Esperienza:

- addetto/a assistenza clienti: 1 anno (Preferenziale)
