UI Designer

We’re looking for a **passionate and detail-oriented UI Designer** to join our **dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional design team** at **LINK Mobility**, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging and customer engagement solutions.

Our **UI/UX team** plays a **transversal role** within LINK Mobility - collaborating closely with **Product, Engineering, and local teams across 17 countries** to create a unified design language and deliver world-class interfaces across our suite of digital products. You’ll work in a truly **international and collaborative environment**, where creativity and curiosity are encouraged every day.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design **intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces** for our Enterprise Portal and related CPaaS products.
- Translate complex, technical requirements into **simple, human-centered designs** that empower business users.
- Develop **wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups** that communicate ideas and interactions clearly.
- Partner closely with **UX Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and local design teams** to ensure consistency and alignment across products and markets.
- Contribute to the evolution of our **design system**, ensuring visual coherence and usability across the entire product ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of **UI trends, frameworks, and best practices**, helping us continuously raise the bar for visual design and experience quality.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** 5+ years of experience in UI design**, ideally in **B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments**.
- Proven ability to create **clean, functional, and visually refined interfaces** for data-rich or complex systems.
- Experience working on **large-scale digital products** or platforms with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of **design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI**, or equivalent experience.
- ** Fluent English** communication skills (written and spoken).
