Genesys is hiring a principal PS consultant with a passion for working with leading edge software technologies in an international environment. If you like to be part of a team of highly skilled consultants taking customer experience to the next level join our PS team. Your main responsibilities include architecting and designing as well as managing the technical implementation of the Genesys customer experience solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- In your role as principal consultant, you are accountable for the Genesys implementation during all stages of the project lifecycle: Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development and Testing
- You will be the point of contact for any technology development plan of Genesys customers you will be following
- The position requires a good level of team-work and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners
- Identify (project) risks and the definition of mitigation plans.
- Frequent on site travel to Genesys main customers based in Northern Italy

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Project planning and scoping.
- Deep Knowledge of Genesys Multicloud (Engage) Solutions including:

- SIP and Voice based solutions
- Reporting
- (A)synchronous messaging and social media
- Artificial Intelligence and Bot solutions
- Understanding of business (digital) transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology
- Experience with software integration into large and complex environments
- Networks and network security concepts (Encryption)
- Data privacy and GDPR related topics
- Ability to work either as part of a team or self-independent
- Fluent in Italian and in English.
- Possession of the following skills are considered a plus.
- Cloud computing and related technologies such as Azure, AWS, GPC, Docker, K8S, Redis and others
- DevOps tools and processes (Jenkins or other)
- Practical experience with Consulting Services or Project Delivery best practices employed in the industry among leading consulting organizations
- Fluent with an additional language is a plus
