**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Account Manager, he/she will be responsible for commercial back office activities and customer service.

**Primary/Essential Responsibilities**:

- Creation of offers and sending to customers;
- Post-sales assistance related to order management and deliveries;
- Complaint management;
- Order entry in company ERP system;
- Interface with purchasing, production, and shipping departments for delivery progress;
**Required Qualifications**

Basic:

- High School Diploma;
- Proficiency in using PC and MS Office package;
- Good English;
- Good communication skills;
- Initiative;
- Team working;
Preferred:

- Degree in Economics;
- Background in the mechanical engineering field and/or in international companies;
