Production Planner Trainee

**Job purpose**:

- Production planning through SAP / APO PPDS systems to meet customer requirements, optimizing inventory levels and ensuring production continuity;
- Procurement of materials based on needs / inventory;
- Daily monitoring of the execution of the production plan to guarantee the stock necessary to satisfy the requests and highlight critical issues of suppliers / materials, urgencies of customers;
- Interaction with suppliers, problem management with possible request for support to the Purchasing team to ensure the availability of the materials necessary for the execution of the productions;
- Management through analysis, Continuous Improvement proposals, update in production / planning Master Data systems for codes and materials (eg RR, PV, PTF / CTI, MOQ, Lead Time, SMI / SOI, SS / ST... ), based on the defined Segmentation strategy and available tools / Analytics;
- Management and execution of planning activities related to launch / discontinuation projects as per CMS communications;
- Contribute to medium-term demand / capacity analysis;

**Key requirements**:

- Master Degree in Engineering /Business Admin /Economy
- Strong analytical skills
- Specific experience in planning/logistics topics will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
- Intermediate / Good level of Italian
- Good Team Player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
